What this website is
The information here is general and promotional. It does not create a client relationship, a professional engagement, a partnership, or a promise of service.
Sending an inquiry
Submitting an inquiry does not make you a client. That starts when both sides have agreed a written proposal, scope of work or contract.
Previous roles
Where this website refers to past brands, companies or industries, that work was done through previous in-house and agency roles. Those are not clients of BASSKL!P CREATIVE unless the page says so directly.
Results
Branding, website, content, advertising and local visibility work sits inside markets we do not control. We do not promise particular rankings, leads, sales, revenue, engagement, traffic or conversions unless a written agreement says so in those words.
Scope
Services, deliverables, timelines, prices and responsibilities are set out in a written proposal, agreement or contract. Nothing on this website is a service agreement.
What belongs to us
The copy, graphics, layout, brand elements and creative direction here belong to Bassklip Creative LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use them without written permission.
