CONTENT SYSTEMS

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Shot once, used for months. The value is in what the session leaves you with after it's over.

One shoot, cut four ways before anyone leaves the building. A square post, a story, a reel and a website banner from the same hour of light, because the formats were decided before the camera came out. That is the difference between a session and a library. The session ends at lunch. The library is still posting in November, and every piece of it was framed knowing exactly where it would end up.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

Building a library, not filling a campaign.

Most businesses book a shoot, use eight images, and let the rest sit in a folder. Six months later the content has run out and they book another one.

Planning for reuse changes the arithmetic entirely. The same day of shooting can produce a season of material if you decide in advance what the calendar is short of and shoot against that list rather than against a mood.

Same day, same two hundred photos. Without a plan, a handful get used and the rest sit in a folder. Shot against a content calendar, most of them have a slot waiting before they are even edited.

The instinct is to capture more. The answer is usually to make less go further.

02

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • A shot list built from what your content plan actually needs
  • Stills and vertical video captured in the same session
  • Your real premises, team and work, not stock
  • Editing and formatting for every place it'll be used
  • Organised, named and delivered so you can find things a year later
  • Full usage rights, no licensing
03

HOW IT WORKS

Planning, shooting, editing and delivery run as one engagement, and every stage is scoped before the camera comes out. Larger productions scale from there.

Deliberate scheduling matters more than it sounds: capture when your business looks like itself, which for many businesses is a specific season or a specific day of the week.

HONEST NOTE

Good photography of the wrong thing is still wasted.

A shoot without a content plan produces attractive material nobody knows what to do with. So the plan comes first, as part of the engagement: what the calendar needs, which formats, which seasons, which surfaces. The shoot is then built against that list, and every frame has a job before it is taken.
