CONTENT SYSTEMS

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Content doesn't fail because it's bad. It fails because it stops. Everything below is designed around that one problem.

Likes, a comment, new followers, a share. None of them pay. The last notification does, and it only arrives because the four before it kept turning up week after week. That is the order things happen in, and there is no shortcut through it. The enquiry is what consistency looks like from the outside, months after the decision to be consistent was made.

01

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

Producing the fiftieth post, not the first.

Almost every business can produce a good week of content. The difficulty is week nine, when the job is busy, nobody has photographs, and posting is the thing that can wait until Tuesday.

That's not a talent problem and more effort won't solve it. What solves it is deciding in advance what goes out, having material already captured, and removing the moment where someone has to invent something.

Producing one good post is talent. Producing the fiftieth to the same standard is a system.

02

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • A cadence you can actually sustain, agreed honestly rather than optimistically
  • A content library built for reuse, so quiet weeks aren't empty
  • Planned calendars rather than same-day decisions
  • Production of graphics, short video and copy
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Community management and response
  • Reporting in plain language, monthly
03

HOW IT WORKS

Full management runs on a monthly cycle, and the work happens before the month starts. The library is built and the calendar is planned in advance, so every post that goes out was decided, produced and checked ahead of time rather than improvised on the day. That is what keeps the cadence honest when the month gets busy: the work is already done.

04

HONEST NOTE

Six posts a week is not a strategy.

Volume is the easiest thing to sell and the first thing to collapse. A cadence you can hold for a year beats one that impresses for six weeks and then goes silent. Silence is a signal customers read.

Two calendars, same business, same year. The left one starts strong and thins out by spring, and every gap is a week the audience forgot you existed. The right one never impresses on any single day. It just never stops, and the enquiries land in the months the left calendar went quiet.
