BASSKL!P CREATIVE is a trade name of Bassklip Creative LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. This policy explains what this website collects, what is done with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, a website or social link, the services you are interested in, your project details, your preferred contact method, and your consent selections.
The website’s hosting, form and security tools also receive ordinary technical information: browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited and general usage data.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, through the Site Kit plugin, to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a shortened form of your IP address. We use it to understand which pages are working, and for nothing else. We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing tags. If that changes, this page changes first.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in search results. It is verified at the server and places nothing in your browser.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to your inquiry, work out whether the project is a fit, talk to you about the services you asked about, keep the website working and secure, and keep our own business records.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the call and text consent box, we may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry, using the number you gave us. Message frequency varies and is usually a handful of messages about one project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent to be texted is not a condition of working with us, and you can ask us to stop by any route at any time.
If you contact us, we reply by email about your inquiry. We do not currently send marketing email or a newsletter. If we start, every message will carry an unsubscribe link and a postal address, and one click will be enough.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
The tools that run this website necessarily handle it: WordPress, Hostinger for hosting, Fluent Forms for the inquiry form, LiteSpeed for caching, Google Workspace for email, and Google Analytics as described above. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the website, our clients or our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it takes to answer the inquiry, run the engagement if one follows, keep our business records, resolve disputes, and meet any legal obligation. If you ask us to delete it and nothing requires us to keep it, we will.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you send. No website, email system or online service can promise to be completely secure, and this one does not.
Your choices
Write to evolve@bassklip-creative.com and ask us to correct, update or delete what you submitted through this website. Tell us what you sent and roughly when, so we can find it.
Children
This website is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
